As a dispatcher managing multiple Owner Operator clients, your dashboard connects to each one through the Carriers Dispatch App. When adding a client, you can choose to send them a text with the app download link. If you don't want them to have access right away, use their Truck#, MC# or US DOT# instead of a mobile number. When you're ready to grant access, simply update their profile with their mobile number. If access isn't granted, you'll need to manually submit all of their completed loads into the system using your dashboard.

  1. Add your clients in your dashboard.
  2. (If you choose to grant your Client Access)
    Each time you add a client, they'll get a text message with a link to download the Carriers Dispatch App.
  3. The client downloads the app, logs in with their User ID, and sets the app starting Odometer to match their truck.
  4. They start submitting every completed load through the app.
  5. Each load submission automatically updates their PES status in your dashboard, so you can track their performance in real time.
