As a dispatcher managing multiple trucks, your dashboard tracks each truck's PES. After each load is completed, you must submit it for the specific truck through your dashboard to keep the system accurate and up to date.
Here's how you'll use this system:

1. Add your truck to your dashboard.
2. Set the starting odometer to match the truck. This personalizes the system's accuracy for that vehicle.
3. Be sure to enter the truck number, or any unique number, so you can easily identify each one.
4. Every time a truck completes a load, you'll need to handle the load submission through your dashboard.
5. To submit a load, simply click the SUBMIT button next to the truck you're updating. You'll need to enter the new ending odometer reading taken at the delivery location and the delivery ZIP code.
6. Each load submission automatically updates their PES status in your dashboard, so you can track their performance in real time.
