- Add your truck/client to your dashboard.
- Set the starting odometer to match the truck. This personalizes the system's accuracy for that vehicle / client.
- Be sure to enter the truck number, or any unique phone number, so you can easily identify each one.
- Every time a truck completes a load, you'll need to handle the load submission through your dashboard.
- To submit a load, simply click the COMPANY NAME next to the truck you're updating. You'll need to enter the new ending odometer reading taken at the delivery location and the delivery ZIP code.
- Each load submission automatically updates the PES status, so you can track the performance in real time.
- If your client is an Owner Operator, the Carriers Dispatch App is automatically activated so they can monitor their operation and PES results.
Before giving access, make sure you can build and maintain a strong positive PES — because clients feel their results, whether positive or negative.
- To get the most out of this system, make sure it’s set up for your exact situation. Always confirm the Starting Odometer matches the truck being used. If you switch or share trucks, make sure the last ending odometer matches the current truck. If it doesn’t, update the Starting Odometer right away.
